I would like to have the possibility to make visible first the KPI the most relevants for my training purpose (eg: OTIF qties, profit, leadtime)

We would like to define a “minimum stock level after round 11” or “safety stock” for each role. If the player doesn't reach this stock level, a penalty per missing item would be applied. This could be applied only at the last week. And incorporated into the description at the round’s beginning and mention the point (in our pharma case, for example): “Due to regulatory requirements our company must be able to reliably supply the market with our life-saving product XY. At the end of the round we need to report our stocks to the agencies and in case of violations we are fined. The minimum stocks are: API XX [can be defined], Bulk 15, Packaging 10, Wholesaler 5. Missing the minimum stock level results in a fine of €XX per item [can be defined]. This is also a realistic requirement for the pharmaceutical industry, we continuously have to report/prove to authorities we are capable to supply their markets with specific products.

We played with batch sizes and only went down to batch size 2. A 4th round would have allowed us to see the impact of cutting the batch size in half again. Alternatively, allow us to try a round 3B and compare against the original round 3

We would like to go back to round 2 and try out 4 other tools, and compare the results to the prior Round 2. Testing out if a focus on quality is better than a focus on flow by the tools we pick. Yes all are needed and the message I want to send is make and test many small iterative improvements
