Lean Game - Limit the options available when implementing improvements

When players implement the following improvements: SMED, Kanban or the Reducing batch size, limit/decide the choices available for selection.

This avoids going too quickly to a “perfect” solution.

The instructor can discuss each improvement with players and the potential impact a change will have on the flow of the workshop.
