We have added a new way to invite and assign players, when you are hosting a game in-presence.

You can now click on the button "Print team labels" from the session "invite players" window :

This will automatically propose to print or save as PDF multiple pages - one per team - including the key information for players to be able to connect to your session :

• The number/name of the team,

• The code that players can enter on zensi. mu to reach the lobby,

• If playing the Beer Game, QR codes for each role, that player can scan if they use a mobile or tablet

How labels look:

Before the training starts, you can place one label on each table, the people seating there will be assigned to this team. For the default Beer Game / Lean Game scenarios, count 4 players per table/team, each playing a role.
