Lean Game
New
In large Lean Game sessions, you may have experienced that the "computer players" were acting slowly, new orders would arrive late or the game wouldn't finish on time.
We have taken multiple actions to refactor and upgrade the Lean Game calculations, to improve the reactivity of the computer/server actions.
We also included a new 10s countdown at the beginning of the Lean Game, informing players the game will start soon and inviting them to go inside their station if they aren't already there.

Learn more about the technical details on what has been improved below:
Upgrade to a new Google Cloud technology for the server calculations, to allow more parallel games and more reactivity at the start,
The "countdown" at the beginning of the game gives time for the server to boot up and scale its bandwidth based on the number of games it will have to monitor,
The start and delivery of orders is now made on a separate "thread", and it is also more precise. This will make this critical calculation more reliable (ex: not starting the same order twice, or not finishing a game in due time),
Starting or Resetting multiple Lean Games at once is now faster too.
We hope you'll enjoy this upgraded Lean Game experience!
