More data is now available in the Excel extracts you can download on the debriefing page following a Lean Game.

It allows you to conduct statistical analysis of the time spent by products on each station, but also an analysis of clicks quality (= distance to the target + if the operation failed or not).

Two tabs have been added to the Excel files:

1) Detailed Activity Time

Shows the time spent on different activities (waiting, changeover, processing..) for each product on each station. This allows you to check the distribution/variability of time spent for the different stations / product types.

2) Detailed operations status

Shows for **each operation (for each click) the distance to the target **and if the operation failed or not. By default the tolerance limit is 8px to the center of the shape.
