After the redesign of the Beer Game at the beginning of the year, it was time for our Lean Game to get an upgrade!

The visuals are more engaging and the flow of products is more visible, with piles of WIP forming before/after each station.

Inside a station, the interface is now more clear:

If the workstation before or after you are situated close-by (on a cell next to yours), you can see them next to you when painting:
