We have updated some of the default templates of the Lean Game.

The "Cars and Trucks" scenario is now setup for 4 players (instead of 5 previously). We have removed the Red station, the wheels of the truck are now grey:

Also, there are now templates for the second and third rounds:

These new templates integrate progressively the Lean improvements into the game rules, so you can get started more quickly!Round 2 integrates:

• Move stations to reduce transportation time

• Reduce batch-size (1-piece-flow)

• Takt time (balance workload)

• Auto-inspect work

Round 3 adds:

• Level customer demand

• Kanban: pull-system

• Reduce changeovers (SMED)

• Add click-guides (poka-yoke)
